MADE BY MAC live presentation tomorrow (March 1st)
Just a heads up to all y'all MacInsiders that the Made By Mac live presentations are happening tomorrow (March 1st) in the Student Centre atrium at NOON. All 7 semi-finalists will be giving presentations, vying for the top prize of a MacBook Pro.

This year, the audience gets to be the 5th judge using iClickers, so bring 'em if you got 'em! If not, come out anyway and see some great student art!

To be honest, I'm not quite sure. I can't see it going on for more than 1 hour, though.

I really should've paid attention to this, I've been doing 3d modelling forever and I think I would've had a pretty good shot.

Don't worry about it! I had no idea until this year, and this is my last year at Mac!

Just pay attention starting January 2012 and make sure you harass everyone to vote for you. It's definitely a popularity contest at the beginning where you have to be in the top 5 (this year top 7) number of votes to be in the semi-finals.

We will be holding a 2012 Challenge - your best bet to keep in the loop is to sign up for the MACBookstore Facebook and/or Twitter pages - that's usually where I post any events or promos first.

Keep in mind there's often stuff going on at the Bookstore - you just have to keep your eye on it.
