The McMaster Marauders are one win away from 
capturing their first  Vanier Cup. The CIS 
championship game will be played 
Friday, Nov. 25 at  Vancouver's BC Place.

The McMaster Marauders beat the Acadia Axemen 45-21 Friday, earning the Uteck  Bowl and a trip to Vancouver to play for the Vanier Cup. 
  The Vanier Cup is Canadian Interuniversity Sport's championship trophy and is played  for by the winners of the Uteck Bowl and the Mitchell Bowl. The Marauders will take on  the Laval Rouge et Or at BC Place on Friday, Nov. 25. Game time is 9 p.m.  EST.
 McMaster has made only one previous appearance at the Vanier Cup, losing the 1967  championship to Alberta by a single point.
 Alumni and friends in the Vancouver area are invited to attend a pre-game reception at  the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites starting at 1 p.m. PST. 
 Supporters in the Hamilton area are invited to watch the game on a big screen set up on  campus at Burridge Gym.
