if its scantron, im pretty sure it will be marked. if its not, then if your full name and student number are there then i assume that is also good enough. just talk to ur prof after the next class and make sure with him.

Invigilators share in this responsibility to make sure your name is on the test.

I would e-mail your prof (real e-mail, not Avenue), rather than wait for the next class. Every day that goes by increases the chance that it has already been marked, which could complicate things.

This is false. They are responsible for making sure the student number on your test matches the number on your card, and the picture on the card matches your face. In smaller classes, where they recognize people's faces, they usually don't check because they know you are actually enrolled in the course. It's not their job to check if the student wrote their name on your test paper, that's the student's job.

It doesn't matter. You're a number here. It's nice to write your name on a test, but the important information on your scantron is your student number. This is why invigilators stress the importance of bubbling in your student number correctly, because that's what the computers pick up. They don't scan for your scribbled name up top. Just your student #. I wouldn't be surprised if you were deducted marks for not filling out your scantron properly, but hey shit happens. I doubt you'll have an issue. The best advice is already given up top if you are firm on finding out the real answer here. Go to the source.
