math 1b03 and econ 2g03
are classes mandatory for these classes?
are they podcasted?

also for math 1b03, what are lab slots for?

I don't know if they are podcasted. I took ECON 2X03 in the summer (the equivalent of 2G03) and it wasn't podcasted.

I took math 1b03 in the fall of 2012/2013 with Dr. Lozinksi - the classes were not podcasted and the lab slot is for a tutorial that isn't mandatory. In tutorial, a TA goes over material from lectures and I think you can also ask questions. However, I took the course two years ago and in the fall so the structure could be different than in the spring/summer.
