There are answers located in the Math Review Manual and examples with detailed solutions.

But as I was going through the .pdf today I noticed that there were some questions I was stuck on.

To any other first years who want some detailed answers or a headsup on where they're making a mistake, I thought this might be helpful

That being said I'm stuck on Equations and Inequalities, Exercise 6, Question C.
I squared both sides and now I have a radical that I don't know what to do with and I don't know if should be there.
