Pretty much all the ones I've seen the initial person is doing their thing and nobody notices them. I would like to see one where people notice the initial person, then start wondering what he's doing, then are convinced enough to join in, and then swap to the crazy time scene.

I originally felt that a huge group would be best, but after going through some of the comments, a small group of energetic individuals who appear to be dancing well instead of just jumping and shaking their heads seems to leave the most profound impact.

I especially liked the UGA one. I feel that doing a parody/cover in an unexpected way/space is one small but significant way to make a really cool video that doesn't necessarily require hundreds of participants

Man, what is with people these days and ruining absolutely everything even remotely funny/entertaining into the ground? Gangnam Style was alright, until every dumbass on Earth decided they should make their own shitty video. It even drove PSY into retiring it forever.

The ONLY even remotely funny version of "the harlem shake" is the original, which pretty much everyone failed to properly copy.

Making a shitty copy of another video with your friends does not equal funny/original content. I thought everyone learned that after Gangnam Style.

So instead of this "HAY GUISE LETS MAKE A BETTER VERSION THAN GUELPH AND WESTERN BECAUSE THEY'RE OUR ENEMIES RIGHT??! HURRRRRR" why don't we just skip this one and not delude ourselves into thinking 'this video is gonna really land McMaster on the map!'

Jesus Christ, this is almost as bad as 75% of the content that was on McMaster Memes when it first started...

Seriously, some of you need to get off the internet. You're going to break it.
