Hey everyone!

McMaster Dragonboat has their general meeting at 6:30 on Thursday September 15th at Oval Field

Dragonboat is a 20 person powered paddle boat, McMaster has been a respected part of the dragonboating community for several years and runs 3 boats which allows us to take on around 75 people per year.

Our tryouts consist of 1 Mandatory land practice and 1 Mandatory water practice (pool side at Ivory Wynn Pool)

On top of that we hold several other optional practices which include:
Pulse practices (pulse membership is needed)
Cardio exercises
Swimming practices
and Yoga

Our schedules are very flexible, our land practices run Monday to Thursday from 6:30PM to 8:00PM, our water schedules are TBA due to the pool being under construction but last year they were Mon, Wed, Fri from 11:30 - 12:10 or 12:30 - 1:10

Dragonboating is a great mix of Competition and Socializing, seeing as our club attracts a lot of attention we hold a lot of socials and our practices are usually interactive giving u time to meet plenty of new people!

There is NO FEE to come out to all the practices, if you make the team then you will have to pay ur share that covers the regotta's we go to and all the on water practice training during the summer.
