I think I remember having this same problem when I first tried to activate my Mac ID Services too... From what I recall, I just kept trying for another day or two and I was eventually able to log in. If you still can't get in after a couple of days, call someone at Mac and ask them... Sadly I don't know the number for the IT services :( Someone else on here will know though!

Call the main Mac number 905-525-9140. Once you hear the automatic message, hit 0 and you will be patched into an operator. Ask for IT services.

I don't know any of the extentions at Mac (minus security)...I use the operators EVERY time...

Yes, the e-mail takes a little while to be activated once you activate the rest of your services.

Great to see you got it working!

hey, i set up my mac email account and everything, I even logged in, and my it shows my email as [email protected] ster.ca
i thought that after 24 hours they would shorten that to [email protected], but it hasn't done that yet. what should i do?
when i send an email to [email protected] from my hotmail account, it sends it back to my hotmail.
plz help!

You can't do anything. Just be patient, it'll work eventually.
