Do we get a separate meal card or do we use our student ID for that? If yes when and where do we get it?

And is there any way, say if you have excess money on your meal card, that you can take that money out for yourself? Like a Cashback sort of thing?

It's coded into the barcode on your student card. No it stays on your account, majority of it is nonrefundable and has to be used by end of year

There is a portion that is refundable - details are on the hospitality website.

Only Flex and Freedom are refundable, but the Basic portion, which you use oncampus in first year isn't, so it has to be done by April 30, 2015.
