edit: I'm not getting any people in the background on any of the themes, do you mean the people in the header?

I'm not sure myself, but if I had to make an educated guess, I would guess that they are maroons or fans at a football game.

It's a picture of one person in the background.. I only saw it once and I refreshed too quick to view it entirely.
