Thanks! I noticed during exams/midterms that it does slow down to a crawl.

Oh nice! Although, not sure if I want to go to Thode anymore... it's always so packed now, just like Mills. :/

I miss the days of quiet thode. Now I might as well study in the food court of a mall, noise levels are about the same. :(

If you're looking for silent space in Thode, try the basement carrels or the second floor for quiet space.

The second floor isn't bad, but a lot of sound carries up from the cafe area.

Sometimes quiet study in a carrel just isn't enough room to work. It seems like the only spaces with tables is in group study areas. Sometimes a small table in a quiet area is what you need.

I actually had to leave Thode today because the internet was at a crawl, even though I had full bars on my laptop...

Is this just me?

It's kinda sad, but research is something I have to do at home, since from about 10am-8ish is just aggravating. It was actually really fast for a bit around 2pm, but then slowed to a crawl again. So its not just you Piotr. It's the same for everyone I know.

It's not just you. I've actually been having quite a few problems with wifi lately, either it works at a crawl or I get disconnected often. Everything is rock solid at home though, so I don't think it's my laptop.
