Morning waking up Advice
I'm scared to go to sleep at night. Whether it's at midnight or at 9PM, I know there is a 50% chance that I will either ignore the alarm clock in the next morning and miss my morning class, or get up and go.

I've missed many of my morning classes because lately, I haven't been able to wake up in the morning. I remember that I "unconsciously" turn off my alarm and go back to bed. I've tried putting like 5 alarms. But I know that all that would do is annoy my roommate, since we share a room (rez).

I don't know what to do. I've got 6 courses this term, so there's so much that I need to do. If i miss one class, i will be behind the class by a lot. I really wish someone could tell me, if there's a way to motivate yourself in the morning to wake up within a second.

Sometimes I wish I could just stay up all night all week, if it's to get me to go to class on time. Please help me..!

Any advice, I will appreciate...

Ask someone to wake you up. Like a guy for example. You can ask him to call you in the morning, but he will need your phone number in order to do that.

Hey, I heard Mr. Plinkett is very responsible, give him a chance.

are your alarms phsyically further away so that you would have to get out of bed to turn it off? The trick is once you get up, dont crawl back into bed

else get a friend to spam call u

try this app if u have and Android device called I cant wake up!
it keeps ringing louder and louder until u solve a bunch of puzzles. I find the math one pretty annoying. After solving them, it checks if your awake, if not... solve again!

*spark*, shreebee like this.

Yes, this happened to me too and in my first year I missed one of my exams because of that.
What I do now is I set 10 Alarms on my phone (each with 2-minute interval) and I bought 2 extra alarm clocks just in case I ignore the phone.
Also, I got my parents + friends to call me every morning.

Once you get used to this, you'll wake up fine.

make a cute chart. one side leads to pic related (or something important)
one side leads to Wal-Mart.

each day you wake up or not, you put a sticker on the road to success/failure

try waking up for something OTHER than your classes.

tell yourself you're waking up to eat an amazing breakfast, take a relaxing shower, watch a 20 min episode of your fav show, or to be on time to your classes to sit with your friends or your crush

or you know, review some notes for one of your classes.

it might make you more motivated to wake up.

I think along with the advice other people have already provided maintaining an appropriate and healthy caloric intake should help. Such as staying away from junk food as much as you can and eating much more healthier alternative options. I find that really does help me, but it takes a bit of a longer time to kick in. Also look into taking multivitamin pills on a daily basis. Good luck.

Also, lately, when I've been rolling out of bed, I do an exercise routine. Nothing intense is needed, just a set amount of push-ups, sit-ups, wall holds, squats and lunges that get your heart pumping. I don't let myself lie back down in bed after doing this usually. Works wonders!

I have an alarm app on my phone where the alarm doesn't turn off until you solve a math problem (you can choose the level of difficulty), type out a Captcha, or shake your phone for a certain amount of seconds.
