http://www.digikey.ca/

Best place for parts. Overnight delivery. Flat $8 shipping for order under $200. No duties or customs fees. Highly Recommend.

Yeah digi key is solid for that. Hope you mean stepper motors and npt servos themselves. You can also look up sayal.ca and go to them in person

Although Sayal can be good for certain things, I find overall they are disappointing. I couldnt find the most basic things like certain value of capacitors, resistors, etc.

The IEEE student branch (ITB 141) does bulk orders every week or fortnight if you're just buying a part or two and you wanna save on shipping.

If you need a motor super urgently, I have a couple extra servos on me with about 2kg of torque. Let me know.

You should be able to do that pretty easily with something like an Arduino Uno. There are a lot of tutorials online for building all sorts of things using Arduinos.

Do you mean overnight for $8.00, or just that they offer overnight shipping?

I don't think http://www.sparkfun.com/ has been mentioned yet. I think it is a great online store for anything electronics.
