I don't live near Mac anymore, but when I did..

$400/month + utilities
10 person house
15 minute walk from Mac

Keep in mind, the more people in the house, the lower the rent should be. I would never pay so much for a 10 person house ever again.

I live across the street from Mac Hospital (near Esso, Gino's Plaza)
The house I live in is all seperate entrances and private. So the main part of the house is shared I believe with 3-4 ppl. Then there are 3 dorm sized rooms in the basement that each have thier own full size fridge, some counter space and their own bathroom (with shower, no tub) they all share a common kitchen area. My part is at the back of the house, and I have my own kitchen/living area (with full size fridge, but no stove (i use a convention oven)), my own bathroom (shower, no tub) and bedroom. Its a fairly decent size "apartment" and I pay $425 inclusive.

10 minute walk to Fortino's, and 5 minutes to campus.

I've graduated so I don't live there anymore, but I used to live in Westdale (right behind the TCBY). $400/month, utilities+internet were not included (another $50-75/month). 8 min walk to campus, 2 min walk to King/Sterling and King/Paisley bus stops. 4 people in the house. 2 basement bedrooms, 1 main floor bedroom, and the entire attic was the last bedroom (I got the attic bedroom, it was huge but my roomies and I were all friends coming in and they agreed that I didn't have to pay more). 1.5 bathrooms.
