I live literally 300 meters from the campus entrance. I pay $410.00/month including utilities. I live with 3 friends (two are good pals from highschool) so there is 4 of us total, animals optional! Our place has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living areas. We have furnished our own place. We go 4 ways on an unlimited internet bill so in all it comes to ~$435.00/month with internet. Who needs cable when you have laptops/ps3s/xbox, right?

I pay $365 a month, plus $50 for utilities. I'm in a basement room, however it's fairly large and the window is large enough to fill the room with a decent amount of lighting. I'm in a 6 bedroom house that is a street away from campus (behind Gino's). There's a washroom and kitchen on each floor, so 3 people per washroom/kitchen.

$440 everything included (Including cable and 50MBs unlimited internet), House is huge, clean, comes with a massive backyard patio and BBQ, and right across the street from a grocery store and bus stop. The only negative is that it's a bit further from school than many student houses (Near University Plaza) but it's well worth it.

$900 all inclusive (including internet), I live with my boyfriend so we pay $450 each for a private 2 bedroom apartment with large kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and we made the second bedroom an office.

I live on Arnold St. so I can see the hospital from the front of my house
Rent is $400 and utilities is $70. The utilities cost is an over estimate so the land lord will refund what isn't used by all over in the house. There are seven bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen and small dining/living room area
