				murder at mac?
i was just reading this article(http://www.theglobeandmail.c om/new...rticle1286555/ ) about that missing Yale student.(i read the news alot) If you dont want to read it unfortunately they found her body, and she was murdered. I was just wondering if there have ever been any murders at mcmaster, or of mcmaster students.(couldnt find anything on google.) not that im concerned about safety or anything, just morbid curiosity. |

 | Wow, this is a depressing topic. I'm not sure why you're curious.
Just saddens me, there was a stabbing at my highschool today. :/ They survived, but in critical condition.

 | as job training I had some session with the campus po po and there has been at least one homicide at mac.. didn't mention any other ones and I thought it would be kind of creepy of me to ask about it (even though I was a bit curious) Last edited by sinthusized : 09-14-2009 at 11:01 PM.

 | I know there was one behind brandon which inspired those emergency posts all around campus.
There was also someone killed on cootes, which is why that crosswalk is there now

 | There's Joan Heimbecker, who was shot by her abusive boyfriend in 1994. ):
Kin students will recognize the name from the Heimbecker Cup and the Joan Heimbecker Memorial Scholarship.
