Music Store?
Does anyone know if there's a music store near Mac where you can get guitar accessories? I'd prefer if it's within biking distance, but bussing is fine too.

Thanks!

There are some in downtown Hamilton.
But your best bet would be at Mountain Music which is at the mountain.
What guitar parts/accessories are you looking for exactly?

I know there's one that's really close, and it's 10 min walk west from the campus on Main St. W. right before you get to the boston pizza.
Bought some extra guitar strings there.

Please tell us how you really feel, lawley

There's a Long and McQuade in Burlington but it's not exactly accessible by public transit :/

Upper James has a couple, grab a bus to downtown then the 27 and get off at the Ford Dealership across from the A&W

I've had great dealings with Mountain Music each and every time I go there.
The people are friendly, laid back, and are willing to help.

The two stores in Upper James... Well... Let's just say I've seen better customer service.

If you can't find anything here, and you're ever heading to Toronto, there's a few Long & McQuade's there... the one I know is at Ossington & Bloor.

Thanks everyone! I ended up going to the one by Boston Pizza and getting what I needed, but definitely when I have my bus pass again next year I'll try out Mountain Music!

I'm disappointed in you. D:

Ask them about classical music next time. -rageface-

Are they really brutal? What makes you despise them so much?

This is word for word the conversation we had:

Me: "Excuse me, do you carry the grade 8 RCM book for classical guitar?"

Young ginger-esque dude: "We don't carry shit."

Andddd I just walked out after that.
