Need a good tat shop
So I'm thinking when I get My OSAP money, I'ma get me a new tattoo to commemorate my return to school. Yes I know it's irresponsible, and I can spend the money on more necessary things. So let's not go there.
I know some good places at home, but I know nothing about the places in the Hammer. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sinkin' Ink: http://www.sinkin-ink.com/
I went to the Hess studio but apparently it has closed down. :( They have two others, though.
I've heard mixed reviews for tats about Cottage 13 on King Street. Their piercers are good though. http://cottage13.com/home.html

Definitely go with New Tribe in downtown Toronto, their work is amazing even though the atmosphere is a little bit sketch.

I'm a big fan of Cottage 13 and New Tribe. I've been pierced at both places and sat in on tattoos at both and the experiences were always positive.

Sinkin' Ink is where I got one of mine done. I went to the one in Hess but I guess it's closed now. :( They have a couple locations though. Curtis did mine, apparently he's a favourite of quite a few people and he did really well.
I have also gone to another place in Brantford, Kreative Khaos, but it didn't turn out that well. :\ A patch of the tat is missing. I really need it touched up.
I've heard really good things about a new place called Mata Mata and I've also heard some negative things about Wylde Tattoo. I haven't been to these places personally though.
EDIT: Just saw that other post, lol so you don't get confused there are two locations for Kreative Khaos, one in Brantford and one in Burlington.

I honestly thing that story is hilarious. For one, how do you FALL ASLEEP while getting a tattoo on your face? For two, if the guy had trouble undestanding the language, why didn't she draw him a picture of what she wanted? Or get a different guy? If this was on FML, I'd say "YDI". lol
/endrant
Either way, a good example of a well learned lesson.
