I Need Help
Yo. So I went on the wespeakstudent website and it says for vision 50%. Cool. I then printed off the claim secure vision form. Cool. I went to search up on the website some optometrists but its getting really weird and keeps on saying shoppers drug mart. DOES ANYONE KNOW any optometrists that accept mcmasters coverage? PLEASE AND THANK U.

You will probably have to either call every single optometrist, and ask them whether they do what you want, or you might start from the other end and call McMaster medical people and ask them for pointers.

You know, use your imagination, try to find a solution.

Unlike dentists, optometrists and opticians typically do not bill insurance companies directly. This means that you need pay for everything upfront, then fill out the claim form and attach the appropriate receipts, prescriptions, etc. and mail to the insurance company. They will then mail you a cheque or make a direct deposit if everything checks out. In this case, services from any licensed optometrist should be covered, but make sure you read the policy very carefully. I suggest calling a few and shopping around. You might be surprised at how much their fees vary.
