GEN TECH 1FT3
GEN TECH 1HB3
GEN TECH 1TI3 using SOLAR, but it doesn't show up when I select GEN TECH.. does this mean that the courses are full? Can some one please help?!

I'm pretty sure that none of those courses are offered in the 2012-2013 school year. They aren't listed in the master timetable nor in the course listings (in the undergrad calendar), nor are they options on SOLAR.

All three got replaced by GEN TECH 1CS3 & GEN TECH 1CZ3, if you want to see what courses you should pick for first year B.Tech, check this out:

One more thing, before you pick anything, you should first pick the coop course (eng tech 1ee0)
