Need Help :S
I initially applied for business 1 at Mcmaster but i was told i wouldn't make it (80.6%avrg), so a couple weeks ago i switched it to Social Sciences 1. I haven't recieved anything concerning this change, and the deadline is in 2 days. I called registrar and the lady took my reference number, and said I should wait :S. Im really nervous as I really want to attend Mac this fall.

Any ideas on what i should do?

But the only thing that worries me is that i thought May 30th was the last day to receive an offer (if im not mistaken :S). And I really believe my 80.6% avrg should be enough for social sciences.

I wouldn't take the risk, I suggest calling your other universities (which sent you an offer) to see if you can accept their offer under this scenario if rejected by McMaster.

Honestly, in this situation, I would call again and again until you get a concrete yes or no answer. Also, accept one of your offers just in case and wait for a reply from McMaster. Because you applied to Social Sciences late, you'll get an offer late. But I wouldn't just sit and wait if I were you, especially with such a tight deadline.

I hope that you took the advice to call back. I know that this year I had a lot of problems with my admissions in every university I applied to because my English was taken through a separate school district and wound up on a different transcript, which was never added to OUAC.

I probably called the five Universities atleast 15 different times, and spent hours on hold. It was so worth it because in the end, my file got sorted out and I was accepted at all five!

Keep calling, even if the deadline has passed! TRUST ME. It was a pain in the ass, but my applications were all "incomplete" until I triple checked, haha!

Goodluck and hopefully you get in where you want to!
