New Commerce II Requuirements
Hi I am really confused with the new 2014 commerce II requirements, why is it that we now have to take 2 first year courses 1AA3 and 1BA3 when it wasn't available to us during first year business? SO I would only get one elective (3units) this september? Thanks for any help!

DeGroote changed the curriculum for the incoming students (Class of 2018). COMMERCE 1AA3 is the equivalent of COMMERCE 2AA3 and COMMERCE 1BA3 is the equivalent of COMMERCE 2BA3. This means that you will be taking:

- COMMERCE 1AA3
- COMMERCE 2AB3
- COMMERCE 1BA3
- COMMERCE 2BC3
- COMMERCE 2FA3
- COMMERCE 2KA3
- COMMERCE 2MA3
- COMMERCE 2QA3
- ECON 2X03
- One 3-unit elective

See this: http://www.degroote.mcmaster .ca/20...e-changes/?s=b

And then in third year, you will take COMMERCE 2OC3 as it is the equivalent of COMMERCE 3QC3.

McDonalds says thanks to Brendan for this post.
