I've never seen a show, but I've heard of music. Music makes sense because most of the time the file is tiny. Shows on the other hand are divided into so many blocs that you would never be able to watch the show while it's torrenting. Unless it downloads everything in order, but that defeats the purpose of torrenting.

I'm in the same boat, torrenting weekly TV shows just doesn't make much practical sense

HSS doesn't work on a lot of the bigger sites now, Hulu has been blocking it for the last year or so, and I'm pretty sure BBC and most American network sites block it as well. FoxyProxy (Firefox add on) is the best solution I've found since HSS stopped working.

Hmm.. that is old news.
HSS has recently updated. You can now access HULU easily, i tried it 2 days ago actually and it worked perfectly.

hotsspot shield is exactly what i use.. and it worked for hulu a few days ago when i tried...
