I am not sure, maybe there are some changes to a specific route..
Looking at the hsr website, it doesn't talk about any recent changes. I don't think hsr would just stop all their services for few days like that. Most likely it's for a specific route..

? Are you talking about family day?

The HSR runs year round and most busses run even on holidays, just on a revised schedule.
