Nutrition
I am interested in knowing how to go about being a sports nutritionist. I'll be graduating soon with a degree in BSc Life sciences, i guess ( I might do honours, if I end up staying in Hamilton).
Would anyone knoww anything about this career path?

I know there's a few schools that offer a BSc in nutrition (Ryerson, Western - from what I know) in which you can become a registered dietitian post completion.
Not sure about sports nutritionist.

1. Inquire at the sports fitness place thingy at the gym
2. Try looking at OSCAR occasionally, they have career events for all sorts of things, maybe you'll get lucky?

I would book an appointment with someone in the SCCE office asap since you're graduating soon (BSB127)

Look into the dietetics program at Ryerson. Having completed your bachelors, you may be able to go into the program and obtain waivers for some of the courses. You should talk to an academic advisor and also find out how to apply to the program. After you become a registered dietician, I would imagine that either through work experience in the field or through further education, likely a masters in sports nutrition or something more general like a masters in applied nutrition (which exists at Guelph) would make you qualified as a sports nutritionist.

Oh wow, that's not helpful at all =/. Plan B- Look up all the nutrition programs that interest you (literally go to the websites of schools that interest you and look up their program list) or here for example: http://www.canadian-universities.net...eteti cs.html
And find the contact info of the department/advisor there and call them. They'll be more knowledgeable about admissions, requirements, and such than anyone else.
