It might be because your final marks for CHEM 1AA3 have not been released, so mugsi assumes that you did not complete CHEM 1AA3, do not have the credit, and therefore lack a pre req for orgo. You can just go to the chemistry department in ABB and request a waiver.

Hey! If you want to take organic chemistry, you need to have taken Chem 1AA3 with a mark of C- or higher.

The course calendar has all of the prerequisites listed, it's usually best to just go through them and see which one(s) you don't meet.

Actually, it is ... if you're not in an Honours program. As per the undergraduate calendar:
Prerequisite(s): ISCI 1A24; or CHEM 1AA3 and registration in an Honours program; or CHEM 1AA3 with a grade of at least C-; or CHEM 1AA3 and permission of the Department (See Department Note 2 above.)

Ok thanks! Also, does anyone know the pre-req for Chem 2E03? It says chem 1AA3 but is there a specific grade you need on chem 1aa3 as well?

If it doesn't explicitly say a specific grade in the course calendar, then no. There aren't secret prereqs for courses, they're all listed in the calendar.

you should see an advisor and get a waiver if you meet all the requirements

Just a heads up if you didn't know, but if you take 2E03 and THEN decide to take orgo, you'd have to forfeit your credit in 2E03 first
