I realized today that when i renewed my osap application earlier this summer for my second year, my program still said social science instead of political science. I'm guessing that social science is still a level II program and a bachelors or art just like political science, so when i submit an osap change request form, will my the fund I'm eligible for change drastically? And how long will it take for the changes to be made so I can receive my osap?

I'm pretty sure the tuition amount for both programs is the same, so it shouldn't change significantly.
Nobody can tell you how long it will take except for SFAS. It probably depends how busy they are.
