I'm going into my second year in the fall and I have re-applied for OSAP this year. Are there any other documents necessary to be filled out or submitted other than the online application and the signature pages?

I don't remember what I did last year and just wanted to make sure I have all the right documents for my application.

Ya the declaration and signature pages are usually all you need but if they require more documents they would be listed on your OSAP Summary.

Go to OSAP application click "Check Status" then click the link under "Things to do".
