My OSAP entitlement amount had been the same since the day it was released until today - and out of no where, it increased about $200.. anyone know why this is?

It was probably an estimate before. Although it's pretty late in August, I wouldn't be surprised if OSAP is just starting to get everything finalized. With the new system that they implemented, they probably had a lot of issues to deal with.
