osapp!
The amount that i received from osap is more than my actual tuition. I selected the osap flex plan for the payment agreement. I was hoping to use the extra money from the osap for my textbooks. Will I be able to do this using the osap flex plan?

Yes if you have any amount left over once you've paid the part of your tuition.
