I applied to UofT St. George, that's pretty much it.

You do realize that less than 10 minutes passed since you asked right?

I would highly suggest you to visit different campuses to get a feel for yourself. Talk to students within the program. It's hard for us to comment specifically about other university programs. If you'd like to know more about the McMaster Life Science program, I'm sure a lot of ppls here would be more than happy to answer any of your questions. You've still got some time to look around and explore, so don't fret too much!

Queens and Waterloo have good programs...but you should go visit campuses to see for yourself. Waterloo was my top choice until I visited the campus. After that, my top two were Mac and Guelph (for biomedical toxicology). You still have time to do research--doing it in the summer is a good idea before you're busy with schoolwork!

I also like McMaster's small campus better that St. George's. The smaller classes are a lot nicer too.

I'm surprised no one commented about Western! I don't think there is a life science program there (if there is, it's not very well known), but a lot of people go for biomedical sciences, which is similar in material to life sciences --> http://www.uwo.ca/bmsc/ . It's definitely a reputable program. Therefore, I would add Western to your possible list of options .

Haha, it kind of boggles my mind when people ask about other universities here. All of us pretty much attend Mac, so our knowledge of other universities isn't much greater than the OP.
