Paleo Or Keto Dieters?
Just wondering if anybody is on a paleo or keto diet and if they are able to maintain this diet while living on res and eating residence food? I've been trying to look around and see what the restaurants have to offer but I can't really find anything too detailed, any help would be appreciated!
