Looking for some advice.

I've had a parking transponder for two years now and I am planning to renew for the third year. I've been away since June and didn't realize that the deadline for applications was the 31st (Which doesn't make much sense because that was Saturday anyways). Does anyone know if this applies to renewals as well? Or whether I could perhaps beg them to overlook my obvious oversight.

I'm not sure if this matters of not (i.e. it warrants a different process) but my parking permit is classified as wheelchair/disabled.

Call them. Either they will or they won't.

Im almost positive you can renew it after July 31st - parking and transit services stops taking applications for renewal at this date, but they do start taking more in early september.

Went in today. Got the renewal without any questions, problems, or even mention of a deadline.
