Hey guys,

I have a few questions regarding my fees:

- MSU: If I choose to opt out of the dental & health insurance plans, how do I get my money back from them? (Considering fees are due by Sept 1 and you can start opting out only by Sept 1 - I would much rather pay my fees now itself, but I'd still like that money back...)

- MSU: H.S.R. Bus Pass - As part of the MSU supplementary fees, there are fees for the H.S.R. bus pass. Do we still need this, even though our student card has the 'bus pass' sticker? How does this work?

- Do I pay my fees in full right now? OSAP hasn't released the second portion of my loan, so if I pay in full, what do I do to retrieve the money they will issue me in January?

1. Cheque or Direct Deposit.

2. Each full time student according to MSU (which I believe is 60% course load) has to pay the HSR fee. The pass is valid now until the end of April. You just show it your sticker/student card everytime you get on the HSR.

3. Depends on your payment plan. Just follow whatever it says in your payment agreement. If you fully paid your fees by January, the money from OSAP will go to your bank (so bring banking information/void cheque/direct deposit).

Thanks! So if I pay my fees in full now, and OSAP issues the second portion in January, I can go back and reclaim that amount (even though I'm under the PAYMENT IN FULL plan)?
