For the payment agreement, if there is "BALANCE REMAINING" would I have to submit a cheque to the Student Accounts with that much money? Or where and how would I pay the rest of the money?

You can go to your student account and pay from there. The methods of payment are the same as always (Interac for most banks, online banking, cheque, etc...)
