so does this mean that if I apply for OSAP, the ONLY option I can choose on the payment agreement is "Flexible OSAP option"? Is it viable for me to choose payment in full? Personally there are two funding certificates that are arriving in Jan.1, can funding certificates be retrieved as real money? or it only can be used to deduct the tuition fees?

You can choose anything you want. You don't even have to use OSAP to pay for your tuition, you can just have it deposited in your bank account.
