I got an email yesterday from Student Accounts asking me to reconfirm my payment agreement now that residence information has been updated. But I can't get in; it constantly tells me to "contact SAAC". I haven't picked my meal plan anywhere else though and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to do this. I called SAAC (student accs etc) but they tell me that they see a "confirmation" () and that's all that matters.
Any help on what I should do next would be massively appreciated

Just keep trying, they probably don't know what you are talking about. But you'll need to reconfirm again for sure. You only have to reconfirm once more so try again after SOLAR reopens in July and it that doesn't work then I would go to them in person.
