I got an email yesterday from Student Accounts asking me to reconfirm my payment agreement now that residence information has been updated. But I can't get in; it constantly tells me to "contact SAAC". I haven't picked my meal plan anywhere else though and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to do this. I called SAAC (student accs etc) but they tell me that they see a "confirmation" (
) and that's all that matters.
Any help on what I should do next would be massively appreciated
