I used check to pay for my summer tuition. But when I went to student accountsand cashiers to give them the check in person, I placed it in the Payment Dropbox, outside GH 209. I have been checking my student accounts on MUGSI for two days but they still haven't recieved my check. Can anyone please tell me how long it takes for them to recieve the deposit or how this process works (for anyone who might have done it themselves). Thank you.

Should have paid in person for peace of mind.. you could have screwed up the adressee, etc. Worst case scenario, the check isn't valid.. not sure how they tell you that. It may take 2-5 business days, but considering there are not as many students in summer school as the year school, I don't know why it would take them that long. Either theres less staff, or they're busy with end-of-the-year paperwork, monies related to residence stuff, or something else. Who did you address it to, and are you sure the check wouldn't have bounced? (enough money in the account, etc)
