It means you don't have a balance forward. So OSAP + Scholarships cover your (if you are paying in full) or cover the first instalment payment (if you are paying in instalments).

Doing it all by the web is easy and convienent, but its always a good idea to check with the student cashiers if your payment is fine in person while you happen to be near the student centre (if you're there frequently/often)..

My balance forward is positive as well and i know they havn't received my payment yet..

You won't be charged interest. If it's still pending after September 1st, I think you will be charged the late fee.

How did you pay? Interac or through your bank transfer?

Bank Transfers may take a few days to process, while Interac is supposed to be instant. Hopefully they'll have everything processed by today.

I paid yesterday through my banks website (RBC) and although it takes a few days to process I'm pretty sure you will not get charged the late fee. I did the same thing last year and nothing happened. If in the off chance they do charge you, my bank told me to just go and show them the confirmation page that I received showing that I paid before the due date and they should hopefully waive the late fee.
