I don't know about you, but if it's a private matter then yea, people tend to talk at a lower decibal level.
What I'm trying to get at, is OP is obviously very biased. It's clear he dislikes his TA and it's VERY possible to misunderstand some of his (TA's) actions. I haven't had many good TAs, but they have ALWAYS acted in a professional matter.
Do you really believe that a TA would whisper a negative comment about one of their student's presentation to a fellow classmate immediately after said presentation? I don't.

And whether they have an impact on your mark or not should not matter because if they make a mistake, I will talk back to them. If they can't be mature enough to take it and deal with it without taking it out on your marks then they really shouldn't have that higher state of power in the first place.

You're commenting on the TA not being "mature" to handle it, yet you're the one that will TALK BACK to a TA who made a mistake instead of politely addressing/pointing it out?
Maybe we're having a miscommunication, but talking back generally implies rudeness.
