To be fair, after a nice long warm bath, I do get hungry.
That particular dish does not look good though. I rather have mine Roasted Chinese style. Pair it with thin strand of vermicelli and fish sauce in order to make a perfect dish.
Speaking of which. Who know where to buy this in Hamilton? Looking for a place around Dundurn and Main.

It looks SO good. It taste even better.
The thin strand of vermicelli is soft and fluffy. Enhance by a small amount of oil grilled with onions.
The roasted pig have 3 unique textures that compliment each others. The skin is nice and crispy. The 2nd layer of fat contains most of the smell and taste, its soft texture work opposite to the crispy skin. The usual meat at the end is quite good. It has a hint of saltiness and the texture is just right, never dry out.
That dish is usually serve with flavor fish sauce. I don't know how to properly convey the taste through words. But trust me, it work really well.

I figured.
I found a Asian Supermarket that does sell this from time to time. It is called B&T and is located by Bay and Cannon.

They don't always carry it though. I always miss the opportunity when I come by.
