I don't know anything about Yavin, but I liked Hughes. But keep in mind that you must do the pre-reading if you hope to get any of the iClicker questions right. She did a good job explaining concepts, and since I'm not much of a notes person I liked how it was more traditional lecture where you make your own crude notes based on her drawings and whatnot rather than filling in skeleton notes like chem. Some people prefer filling in notes, though. Not sure what Yavin does. Good notes won't really do much to help you in that class anyways, it's all about avoiding the common mistakes people make when solving questions on the tests. Since you have to read the textbook chapter on the new topic before the lecture, I found that her lectures focused on avoiding these mistakes. But if you're the person who didn't make the effort beforehand to learn it, you won't gain as much out of it.
