Physics 1L03 Day 1 Question
Hey,
I have a physics 1L03 tutorial on Sept 9/First day. This tutorial occurs before I've attended a physics core session. So is it safe to assume that I will not need to show up for the tutorial as it is cancelled?
Thanks, sorry if this post is redundant, I rather be safe than sorry

Yes, unless your professor has posted on Avenue or has told you in class, you don't have to attend your tutorial.

Don't go to any tutorials or labs until after you attend the first class and the prof tells you when they start.

HOWEVER, if you have NEJAT:
Last year you were supposed to go even before the core. He made the people who missed their tutorials go to a make-up session (you do a pretest thing).
If not, then you're fine.

I went to the tutorial today and no TA/prof was there for 10-15 minutes after it had started. So a bunch of us were locked out of the room and eventually decided to leave.
It sounds a bit like the upper years were trying to trick us :(
I missed an Apple Hiring Seminar because I had to go to this tutorial :(
