Please, for the love of god or whoever you believe in, can someone help approve my request to join the McMaster used textbook facebook group. It has been more than 3 days, and I don't know what the hell is happening. Are admins the only one who can approve this? Do I need to have friends that are already in that group to approve my request because I don't go to Mac (I only took a summer course recently) so I know no one there.

I have messaged the admins, and a few members but I have heard nothing. I am just trying to sell my textbook. Those are the 2 groups that I have sent a request to join:
