It is an easy mark if you've gone to a decent high school and did well in Math. I'm pretty sure all my friends that came from my high school got 10+ in the course.

It's just like any other first year course. If you went to a decent high school and did well in that subject then you are fine. Just don't slack off and manage your time properly.

I only know my friends from my own year. It's just derivatives which you should already know, and integrals which take some getting used to for some people. Practice is key for integrals, the more you do the more you'll recognize certain integrals.
