Political Science 3JJ3
Sorry, I hate taking up a whole thread to ask this but I'm not sure where to look. Could anyone let me know the (approximate is fine) course outline/course requirements for Political Science 3JJ3?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

2 group presentations- one is on party platforms in the provincial election and then you write an individual paper after the actual election about different isses that came up, the other is a mock budget meeting where you and one other person are given a specific mnistry ie. education, transport etc and have to come up with different policies that you would include in a budget and the political ramifications for including or cutting certain policies, then you have to write a paper about it to afterwards, then there is general participation and a final exam. we havent got a lot of detail about the assignments/papers yet.

Thanks a lot, do you think it's a worthwhile (or difficult) course? Do you know anything at all about the exam (weight and style)?

Thanks again.

there is quite a bit of reading, but because my major is political science im used to it and just find it tedious (not really difficult) we just got sorted into groups today and had a general discussion about the provincial election and different issues so we havent really had to do any work yet. the prof is very knowledgeable about how provincial politics works because he worked for various cabinet ministers so takes a different approach to the material than other profs might. as far as the exam goes im pretty sure its essay style and short answers and its worth 40%
