There's been a bit of push and shove here for a while I used to have CF 5850s+PII, while he had a 6950+i7 920.
I sold one of my 5850s a while ago, and he got a second 6950, but I recently upgraded to a new CPU which shits all over his... My voltmodded 5850 does 1.4ghz, but I'm not sure what that's worth since no one has ever done it.

Essentially, my CPU>his and my GPU<his.
