I need a place to teach a group a dance for something non-club related. 10 people...and we'd like some space...anywhere we can go?

I've seen people do stuff like that in the student centre in the evenings.

There was also a group that was learning/rehearsing a dance in front of the bridge on 2nd floor MDCL...I guess there's space, but everybody will hate you if you go there...they were sooooo badly in the way, they weren't doing it in the evenings or whatever when no-one was there, and it was really difficult to go from MDCL to the hospital and back, or even to use the freight elevator. So I wouldn't recommend that (or any hallway) unless it's really not a busy place/time. That same group would also practice on first-floor MDCL sometimes too, but it was the same problem.

Hallways are perfect in the morning and in the evening....yes I agree not when there is heavy traffic of course. TSH KTH CNH areas are generally traffic free after 8ish (unless theres a night class of course, then dont disturb)

You can also use the Mezz(the area joining DBAC and IWC) if there's no McMaster sanctioned dance group practicing there.
