Im pretty certain the answer is no, & I asked a friend who works at titles and she said she isnt sure so I figured Id ask if you guys had experience.

SO long story short, I was an idiot and bought two coursepacks of the same course (on different days). Since there arent any readily available, you have buy the green sheets then pick it up 2-3 days later. Is that refundable? I am 100% positive that not everyone in my class has ordered a coursepack so its not like itd go to waste, but I know how strict they are.

If worse comes to worst, Ill just sell it to someone in my class so they dont have to wait 2-3 days but Id rather just do it this way if possible

Depends how fast you react. I ordered one then realized I already bought/friedn gave me one (forgot). I went to them a few hours later THAT DAY the guy said it was ok since it wasnt processed yet.

No, they are not refundable. I have been working there for a number of years and because we print them specifically for you when you pay we cannot return them. Your best bet is to try to sell to another student that doesn't feel like waiting the two days.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, who is your friend? If they work with me there then they really should know that they are 100% non-refundable, we've made that pretty clear to the rush cashiers. I am assuming your friend is a rush cashier and not a full-year employee like me. If not, then we have bigger issues haha.
