They have an FTP server which is pretty handy, so you can upload big files, or store a few documents there if you plan to have them reprinted in the future. Then just give them a call or email, give them the file name, and you can go pick up your stuff in a couple of days. No complaints from me service wise - nice people. Make sure you're talking to the right person depending on what you're looking for. Some of their staff are purely admin (I think) and don't really know what you're asking if you get specific.

Not sure what the prices are but I printed two HUGE good quality logos for only $5.

I believe you can bring in just about anything and they will have it printed for you. PSD should definitely work.

Do you know the prices?
And when you say "bring it" ... is this like a psd/pdf file? xD

Say I have an image file, png or jpg, on my computer and I want to print it as a movie size poster.

How would I go about doing this?

I'm the editor of a magazine, and a print designer and I need a good relationship with a print house to make sure that my work looks as good output as it does on screen. The Underground has NEVER let me down, but I'm not sure they can handle the volume I need printed for the magazine, and I'm not sure I can handle their prices.

Sherri, if your stuff is within the smaller scale volume-wise, go the Underground, and ask to talk to their Service Coordinator. He knows his shit. The Underground's front room CSR staff just know rudimentary stuff, and that equipment isn't good for great quality production work, but their backroom stuff is really good and really expensive.

So the good news is is that it actually prints decent on my printer.

The bad news is is that I'm a retard and I dunno how to print.

The dimensions of my project is 8.5x11 (the size of a paper).
If I "scale it to fit," it leaves a white border around my poster (like there's margins)
but if I don't, it says it's too big and cropping will occur.

wth helpmeplz. D:
